Your Order

Placing an order on ZaxTechShop is easy. Just add items to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and place your order.

Instantly. Order confirmation only means that we have received your order and your payment has been approved. This does not mean the order has been fulfilled or shipped.

If you don't receive an order confirmation email/text, you may have made an error while typing in your contact information. Please contact us with the correct email address.

All orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification to the provided email address or cell phone number once the tracking number is loaded to our system.

Once you have received your tracking number, please use the tracking system of your countries delivery agent. or by using our tracking tool by clicking here

In some cases it can take 5-10 days for the tracking number to be traceable. If you have received a tracking number your order has already been shipped. 

Shipping

Handling times are 2-3 days during business hours Monday-Friday. Orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day, but not less than 2-3 days.

We offer shipping to North America, most European countries, Oceania countries and some countries in Asia.

Returns

Within 30 days, you may request a return or exchange on your item. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and must be in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are to be payed by the buyer.

PayBright

This pay later solution allows you to break up the cost of your purchase into 4 equal biweekly payments. All you'll need is a credit card.

When placing an order on a Pay in 4 Plan, PayBright places a temporary authorization in the amount of your first payment to confirm your payment method. This is only a hold on the funds, and will appear on your bank statement as a "pending" transaction until the order ships. 

In some cases, the order may not be finalized by ZaxTechShop even after agreeing to your Pay in 4 Plan. If you don't receive an order confirmation from the retailer, PayBright will automatically release the authorization. More info
